I'm a little down?

Well,like every other human.
I do get stressed out.
Some people release their stress by drinking,smoking,fishing, yeah okay.
Being me,I smoke and drink.
Is there any other way to relief stress??
Like a more health friendly things.

If you do have the solution,just holla at me alright?
